Definition

“Agender people define their gender in a variety of ways. Some agender people define their gender as being neither a man nor a woman while others understand themselves as not having any gender at all.”
– The Transgender Language Primer. See the full Agender definition.

Style Guide

This flag has seven even horizontal stripes which are colored (top to bottom) black (#010204), grey (#BCC4C6), white (#E9EDEE), green (#B8F483), white (#E9EDEE), grey (#BCC4C6), and black (#010204).

Meaning

The black and white stripes represent the absence of gender, the grey stripes represent semi-genderlessness, and the green stripe represents non-binary genders because it is an invert of purple and outside the blue-pink gendered spectrum.
